Trading tournaments in Iran

Iran is SKIPPED in v1 entirely. OFAC's 2025 clarification treats Iranian digital-asset exchanges as already blocked financial institutions under the Iran country sanctions program — separate SDN designations are redundant. Nobitex (~70% of Iranian crypto market, ~$7.2B 2025 volume per Elliptic) is not on OFAC SDN but has documented IRGC linkages, leaked source code with sanctions-evasion modules, and was exploited for $90M+ in June 2025. In January 2026 OFAC designated Zedcex + Zedxion (UK-registered IRGC-linked exchanges) — first direct IRGC-linked digital-asset designations. Affiliating with Iranian exchanges from a US-incorporated or EU-incorporated trading-tournaments.com entity creates primary or secondary OFAC sanctions exposure plus payment-processor refusal risk. The 'Nobitex Grand Prize' is a running marathon sponsorship (Persian Gulf Half Marathon, Kish Island, December 2025), NOT a trading contest. TSE retail tournaments are essentially nil. Re-evaluate post-launch with legal counsel if traffic / business case justifies.
