Anindo Majumdar quit his engineering job at Cisco Systems in 2006 and has been a full-time trader ever since. Eighteen years later he produced a +389.3% audit on the 2024 USIC $20K-$1M Enhanced Growth Division — second behind Brandon Frenchak's +482.6%, ahead of Florian Philippi's +311%. The 2024 EG podium is the cleanest engineer-track-record story USIC has produced: three engineering-background traders, all on real-money $20K-$1M EG accounts, all with audit numbers above +300%.

The intra-year trajectory was strong throughout — +135.9% Q1, +127.7% six-month (2nd in the division at the half), +170.4% nine-month, +389.3% final. Compared to Frenchak's wire-to-wire lead, Majumdar's was a steady-build year that accelerated into the December close. Eighteen years of full-time trading is one of the longer tenures on the 2024 leaderboard, and his 2024 result is the kind of mid-career documented audit that USIC's allocator-pipeline positioning was designed to surface.
