Ran Neuner is a South African entrepreneur and media personality who became one of crypto's best-known broadcasters. Based in Johannesburg, he built and sold a large African marketing agency, The Creative Counsel, to Publicis, then pivoted fully to crypto. In 2017 he launched "Crypto Trader" on CNBC Africa, widely billed as the world's first televised cryptocurrency show.

He later left the TV format to build Crypto Banter, a daily live-streamed YouTube channel with a high-energy, community-driven style that has grown past 750,000 subscribers, backed by more than 645,000 followers on his personal X account where he posts constantly. Neuner is a polarizing figure: the same intensity that built the audience has also drawn criticism over sponsored promotions and past token calls.
