In a year that produced Bob Weissman's all-time MMVR Enhanced Growth record of +115.4%, David Forehand closed +108.3% on a real-money $1M+ verified account — the second-highest run the division has produced in the modern Norm-Zadeh-format era. The audit trajectory across 2025: +4.3% Q1, +24.3% at the half, then a back-half acceleration to the +108.3% full-year close. The pattern is the inverse of Weissman's mostly-front-loaded run, which makes the two top-of-podium finishes structurally interesting against each other.

Enhanced Growth allows futures and long options on top of the stock-only ruleset; the $1M+ MMVR tier carries the championship's $1,000 entry fee and the institutional-grade audit protocol. The +108.3% on a million-plus account is roughly a $1.1M absolute profit on the championship year — the kind of audited number USIC's allocator positioning is designed to surface for prospective LPs.

Forehand has no surfaced public X / LinkedIn / website under his name, and no firm-of-record entity has been attached to his audit. Outreach routes through USIC's organizer channel.
