Toronto is one of the rare non-US datelines on the 2026 USIC institutional-tier podium. Jason Speziale closed 2025 at +42.5% in the MMVR $1M+ Stock Division and opened 2026 at +20.5%, third behind Ron Bagley (+26.7%, Bountiful UT) and Steve McIntosh (+23.9%, Jupiter FL). The full Q1 podium sits inside a six-point range — the tightest spread on the MMVR Stock leaderboard since the championship was relaunched under Norm Zadeh's modern format.

The +20.5% is on a real-money account above $1M, audited under USIC's monthly statement protocol, with a $1,000 entry fee. Speziale runs jasonspeziale.com as his public surface and posts under @jason_speziale on X — both are confirmed independent identifiers tied to the USIC standings. The Toronto base puts him geographically closest to the Minervini-school US scene without being inside it; no MPA affiliation has been surfaced in public materials.

The Canadian institutional retail / professional-trader scene is small and tightly connected, which makes Speziale one of the more reachable 2026 leaderboard names through Canada-based finance media as well as USIC's own channels.
