Mark Minervini is a two-time U.S. Investing Champion across a 24-year span — winning in 1997 with a 155% return achieved while invested only roughly half the time, and again in 2021 with 334.8% across a strong post-pandemic growth-stock environment.
A self-taught trader with no formal finance background, Minervini developed the SEPA (Specific Entry Point Analysis) and VCP (Volatility Contraction Pattern) methodologies, both of which are now widely cited in growth-stock trading literature. He is the author of "Trade Like a Stock Market Wizard" (2013) and "Think & Trade Like a Champion" (2017), both of which spent extended periods on Amazon's investing best-seller list. He runs Minervini Private Access, a community for serious growth-stock traders.
