Bountiful, Utah is not the city anyone associates with USIC's top tier — and yet by Q1 of 2026 Ron Bagley of Bagley Capital Management was leading the MMVR $1M+ Stock Division at +26.7%, ahead of Steve McIntosh (Nighthawk Management Group) at +23.9% and Jason Speziale at +20.5%. The lead is the product of a consistent two-year arc: +30.2% Q1 2025, +37.2% at the half, +61.6% on the full-year audit, and now +26.7% to open 2026.

The MMVR $1M+ division is the championship's institutional tier — same stock-only ruleset as the $20K-$1M USIC Stock Division but on real-money accounts above the million-dollar threshold, with a $1,000 entry fee instead of $475. Bagley runs Bagley Capital Management as the entity of record on the audit, which makes him one of the rare professional-vehicle leaders on the 2026 leaderboard rather than an individual discretionary trader. The Q1 group sitting +20–27% is unusually tight for an MMVR podium and suggests the institutional tier is converging on a similar growth-stock playbook.
