Selcoin

Selçuk Ergin, known as "Selcoin," has been publishing on his YouTube channel since 2018, growing it into one of the largest Turkish-language voices on Bitcoin, gold, silver, equities and global macro, with well over half a million subscribers. He entered classical markets in 2011 and began actively researching and investing in crypto in 2014, and holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Banking & Finance, a background that shapes his measured, economy-wide lens rather than a coins-only focus.

In 2018 he published "The Key to the Golden Gate: Bitcoin," which became the first book in Turkey to be sold with cryptocurrency payment. Alongside his market commentary he produces foundational education for newer investors and teaches on Udemy, distributing across X, Instagram and Telegram. The persona is that of a patient economist-investor focused on preserving and building value across cycles rather than chasing short-term hype.
