Don't wait until you feel 100% ready. Just start. You will figure out the rest on the road.
Tarik (Tarık) Bilen is a Turkish content creator, educator, and founder based in Hangzhou, China. A graduate of Gazi University's International Relations program with a TESOL certification, he spent five years teaching English in China before pivoting to crypto. His YouTube channel, launched in March 2015, began as "Turk in China" lifestyle content and has since evolved into a platform covering crypto, AI, and digital wealth strategies. With 267K subscribers and over 6.4 million views across roughly 440 videos, it is one of the few Turkish-language crypto channels built from inside China rather than Istanbul.
Over the years Bilen built NFT Warriors, a Discord community for Turkish-speaking NFT enthusiasts, and published NFT fundamentals courses on Udemy during the initial boom. Both served their purpose and gave way to his current flagship project: Hub AI Trader, a free AI-powered trading platform he and his team built to consolidate his entire ecosystem. Tier-1 exchanges now approach him to organize community events, a role he embraces as orchestrator rather than competitor. His Telegram channel carries its name as a standing principle: "I Will Never Ask For Money." In a space crowded with impersonators and scammers, he chose that phrase as a shield, not a slogan.
China shaped him. Five years as a permanent foreigner instilled a discipline and work ethic he describes as unlike anything in the West. The lesson that stayed: "If you want to build something, do not wait until everything is flawless or until you feel 100% ready. Just start." He applied that mindset to his 2024 market call, consistently signaling to his community to cap upside targets at 3x to 5x and rotate to stables before October 2025. He followed his own playbook, secured a near 3x return on his portfolio, and watched altcoins drop 70% to 90% soon after.

YouTube, Udemy, NFT Warriors, Hub AI Trader. Are you building an empire or are you scatterbrained?
Far from being scattered, I am more focused than ever. The projects you mentioned actually represent the digital evolution of my career. YouTube is my flagship platform, where I share transparent, high-value content regarding crypto, AI, and digital monetization strategies with a highly engaged audience. NFT Warriors and Udemy were successful initiatives that perfectly served their purpose during the initial NFT boom. Today, all my energy and strategic focus are consolidated into Hub AI Trader—our AI-powered, free-to-use next-gen trading station. We are not scattering; we are centralizing our ecosystem into one powerhouse.
You taught people English first, then crypto. Is education really your superpower, or is it just the easiest way to catch attention?
My goal has never been just catching attention; it has always been about delivering tangible value based on real-world experience. When I was teaching English, I was actively working as an educator in China. During the NFT phase, I was fully immersed in that market. Today, my team and I build trading algorithms and advanced system architectures—meaning that everything I share on YouTube is an organic reflection of my daily operations. I only speak about fields where I actively skin the game. That authenticity is why our community deeply trusts the brand.
Is there anything about China's work ethic that you can't get out of your head?
China instilled in me an unparalleled sense of discipline and a unique perspective on work ethic. The societal commitment to structure and relentless execution is fascinating. However, the ultimate lesson that redefined my entrepreneurial mindset is this: "If you want to build something, do not wait until everything is flawless or until you feel 100% ready. Just start. You will figure out the rest while executing on the road."
The name of your Telegram channel is "I Will Never Ask For Money." Is this a principle or a wound?
It is an unshakeable, non-negotiable principle. The crypto ecosystem is unfortunately filled with bad actors and copycat scammers trying to exploit retail investors by impersonating public figures. I chose this exact phrasing as a bulletproof shield to protect my community. It acts as an instant psychological trigger for safety, and it has successfully mitigated bad actors while building ironclad trust.
What didn't you know about money before going to China?
I didn't fully comprehend the strict, mathematical correlation between risk and reward on a global scale. My tenure in China broadened my financial perspective, leading me to a core realization: To build substantial wealth, you must master the art of taking calculated, high-conviction risks. Where there is no risk, financial growth is either non-existent or strictly capped. You cannot build global impact staying inside a comfort zone.
What is the most honest moment of your crypto career? A time when you really didn't know what to do?
Fortunately, I have managed to avoid major strategic failures throughout my career because my execution is strictly data-driven. My most transparent and rewarding milestone was navigating the last bear market. Throughout 2024, I consistently signaled in my videos that our upside targets should realistically be capped at 3x to 5x, and that a macro exit should be executed around September–October 2025. I strictly followed my own playbook: between May and September, I completely rotated into stables, securing a near 3x return on total portfolio size. Right after October, the altcoin market experienced a brutal 70% to 90% capitulation. Guiding thousands of investors through that storm remains a definitive highlight of my career.
Most people return. You stayed. What does living for years in a culture where you are always a foreigner do to a person?
I initially went to China for a one-year stint, but I fell in love with the cultural respect, the structural discipline, and the absolute level of public safety, which extended my stay to five years. Of course, constantly standing out as a foreigner brings a subtle psychological weight. However, surviving and scaling businesses completely outside your comfort zone matures you, builds psychological resilience, and shifts your perspective from local to truly global.
What would you do if crypto disappeared tomorrow?
We engineered the Hub AI ecosystem to be market-agnostic, meaning we have zero single-point-of-failure dependency on crypto. If crypto ceased to exist tomorrow, we would simply pivot our terminal algorithms to trade US equities, forex, and commodities seamlessly. We would continue to produce financial literacy and AI-centric content on YouTube. The paradigm of artificial intelligence and digital wealth generation is permanent; we would simply change our underlying instruments.
Exchanges now organize tournaments with million-dollar prize pools. Would you watch, participate, or organize?
Tier-1 global exchanges frequently approach us due to the sheer volume and institutional impact of the Hub AI community. Personally, I do not participate as a competitor. My role is to orchestrate, structure, and scale these ecosystem events for our community. As a founder and content creator, my time is fully dedicated to scaling the platform, and content creation.
