Grittani opened his brokerage account with $1,500 in personal capital and roughly $11,000 borrowed from family and friends, committing to trade only the $1,500 of his own money. By month six he had cleared $40,000 in profits applying the long-side breakout and dip-buy framework he learned from Tim Sykes and Tim Bohen. Every trade has been logged on his Profit.ly account — username kroyrunner — making his record the most-public retail day-trading log of the last decade. The total had crossed $11M by 2023 and continues to grow.

His teaching product is Trading Tickers (2015) and Trading Tickers 2 (2021) — DVD-style courses sold on the InvestorsLive / IU rails, focusing on penny-stock setups he actually trades rather than alerts. Grittani is unusual in the small-cap-momentum scene for refusing the alert and mentorship model entirely; he has stated publicly and repeatedly that he does not mentor, does not run a chat room, and has only the DVD as his product. In a 2025 X update he disclosed taking a five-year break from full-time trading and returning in May 2025, then immediately stringing together 12 consecutive green weeks.

For trading-tournaments.com, Grittani is the cleanest "long-public-logged-track-record" profile in this batch. The record is self-reported via Profit.ly, not third-party-audited, but the broker-statement screenshots posted alongside trades for over a decade are the closest thing the small-cap world has to a verifiable leaderboard. He is contactable on @kroyrunner89 (123K+ followers) and based in Puerto Rico, which he has discussed publicly as a tax move.
